Sassafras Crab Feast/Cruise

Join us for a weekend on the beautiful Sassafras River! Price will be determined closer to the event due to the fluctuating price of crabs. Participants should bring a side dish to go along with the crabs. Coffee, tea and water as well as breakfast goodies will be provided as usual. Please make your own slip reservations with the marina.
Our hosts - Len and Michelle Hews will be planning a great time!

Friday, August 8
Michelle and Len will be at the marina approximately 10:00 to assist with arrivals.
Hews are located on E dock #23 we will monitor channel 16 along with the marina staff.
Friday evening Michelle and Len will make reservations at the
Fish Whistle restaurant.
The restaurant is within walking distance for those able. Our car will be available for those who need to ride over.

Saturday, August 9
Relaxing at the pool the marina has a very nice gift shop along with a well stocked marine store.
Again Hews' car is available if someone needs transportation for any reason.
Saturday afternoon crab fest please bring a side dish and any alcoholic beverage you may want.
Michelle and Len will have a cooler with water and soda available at the clubhouse,
where we will enjoy the crabs cost per person will be determined as soon as we have a count of crab eaters.
Sunday, August 10
Michelle and Len will have donuts coffee and tea water and juice at the picnic tables or clubhouse.
Depending on weather, Michelle and Len will be at the marina all day feel free to stay another night or head home .
