SUPPORT THE BOATERS' RIGHTS ADVOCACY FUND

----------

Boater’s Rights Advocacy Fund

We are asking for contributions to help fund our Boater’s Rights Advocacy Fund efforts. Our members continue to be generous, we have been able to meet our coalition member obligations each legislative calendar, and we are asking for your support again.

Why We Continue On:

The Boaters’ Rights Advocacy Coalition is committed to defending boaters’ rights for anchoring, access, and minimal regulation requirements. As legislative and restrictive access continues to increase, in an abundance of caution and desire to protect issues facing all boaters and public waterways, the Coalition has leveraged member donations to fund lobbyist support to assure a voice and a seat at the table.

Our Coalition organizations are active advocates for our members in many ways, but we handle most issues with lobbyist time and expertise, committee volunteers, and member's grass-roots efforts. Instead of lumping it in to dues, we ask our members to contribute individually and leave it up to each of you to decide your level of participation and support.

Ways to Give:

Donations can be made in your name, or in honor of a loved one, online by clicking the anchor below:

Other Ways You Can Help:
You play a vital role in our efforts to preserve anchoring rights. Here’s how you can support us:

  1. Report Restrictions: Share any waterway access restrictions you encounter.
  2. Engage Locally: Volunteer to meet with local and state officials to emphasize the importance of waterway access.
  3. Communicate with Legislators: Contact State Representatives during the session to express your concerns about problematic legislation. We’ll provide more guidance on this as the session approaches.

Reach out to a committee member to get support documents and more details. Thank you.
