Cape Charles Yacht Center is a Must Stop When Cruising the Bay or the ICW!
Cape Charles Yacht Center is a fantastic facility that offers you an alternative pit-stop along the lower Chesapeake Bay, especially when cruising up and down the ICW. If you are looking for a stop before or after Coinjock, this is the option for you!
Located in Cape Charles, Virginia, the marina is surrounded by a quaint and peaceful historic town, including a main street with restaurants and bars. The marina offers showering/bathing facilities, a Ships Store and Wi-Fi. Bulk fuel is available upon your request. Just give us at least 24-hours notice in advance and the marina will have it delivered to your vessel by truck.
Not only does Cape Charles Yacht Center have a great location on the water, but it is situated in the heart of town just a golf cart ride away to restaurants, bars and a nearby resort with a pool and gym. The resort allows marina guests access to all of its amenities for an additional $15 a day - perfect for fitting in a good workout and then catching some sunshine. The community fishing pier is a quick walk across the marina property, which is conveniently nestled right next to the beautiful town beach. An 18-hole golf course is about two miles away, as well as a fully stocked grocery store. So make sure you stock up your galley before heading down the coast.

Coles Point Marina and RV Resort is nestled on the lower Potomac River, providing our guests with a great launching pad for exploring the Potomac River, the Chesapeake Bay and Virginia’s North Neck. Whether you prefer sea, or land, there are countless places to visit nearby – and a lifetime of fun to be had.  

Coles Point Marina and RV Resort is located on the Potomac River, approximately 17 miles from the Chesapeake Bay.  We are a two hour drive from Washington, D.C., and less than a three hour drive from Baltimore and Annapolis. Nearby cruising destinations include Point Lookout, Colonial Beach and Solomons Island, making Coles Point Marina a great homebase or must stop on your summer cruising schedule. We are proud to announce that Coles Point Marina is one of the few marinas the Potomac River offering NON-Ethanol gasoline.  We also have diesel fuel available. The fuel dock is located straight ahead as you enter the channel and the pumpout facility is on the end of C-Dock.

We are so lucky to have the Chesapeake Bay, one of the East Coast’s most valuable resources, and its tributaries right here in our backyard. This rich estuary boasts abundant wildlife and sea creatures, access to the rich history of our country and immersion in different cultures at varying seaports and hideaways along our shores.

There is a new 46” flat screen TV hooked up to high definition satellite signal ensuring the best possible picture whether it is sporting events you desire, or an evening movie among friends. Hope Springs Marina is a full-service marina located on a protected section of beautiful Aquia Creek. Boaters will love this marina's friendly, laid-back vibe, as well as a number of fun amenities on-site that will entertain the whole family. Hope Springs Marina boasts over six acres of parking, a picnic area with a fire-pit, horseshoes, a small beach and a spectacular clubhouse overlooking the marina. Guests are encouraged to gather in the comfortable lounge, where they can cook, lounge, watch TV and whip up some cocktails. There is also a full deck with picnic tables and a gas grill. Hope Springs also has a gym on-site, full bath and shower facilities, a laundry room and a fully-stocked convenience store that sells food, beer and wine. Last, but not least, boaters are also able to pump out and fuel up at Hope Springs Marina.
