The Great Escape Cruise Part 2!
The Great Escape Part 1 on July 17-27 was such a success – we decided to turn the Great Escape Cruise into a continuing “series” for 2020! Hosted by Chuck and Sue Bartlett.
First how are we handling Covid? In this crazy time, things change daily – and we just have to “roll with it”. So, cruisers, here’s our chance to be spontaneous and flexible and still keep safe. What better way to “socially distance” yourself than to hop on your boat and “ESCAPE”? We know that MD recommends masks, 6 foot separation, groupings limited to 10 or less. But we are all adults, you may individually decide your own comfort level. If you feel sick that weekend or know you’ve been around someone with a confirmed case, we all expect you to stay home.
The Great Escape Part 2 will be a shorter jaunt and will focus on territory toward the northern part of the Bay – Tolchester Marina and Fairlee Creek. Please sign up on the August event calendar listing on MTOA.net. Of course, you may attend any part of the cruise or all of it, just let Bartlett’s (bayleif@verizon.net) know your plans as to when to expect you!
